Courtney Hilts serves as an Adjunct Instructor of Business, where she is dedicated to preparing students for success through practical, real-world learning experiences. In addition to teaching, she is a partner at Dempsey, Dempsey & Hilts, P.C., where she focuses on Social Security Disability and bankruptcy law, bringing extensive legal and business experience into the classroom.
Drawing on her experience in legal practice and business operations, Courtney is passionate about helping students develop the critical thinking, communication, and ethical decision-making skills needed to succeed in today’s professional environment.
